The new product Q5 from Chinese coffee roaster manufacturer Santoker stands out for its compact size and sleek appearance. Available in two colors, white and black, Q5 measures only 26.5cm in length, 16cm in width and 20.3cm in height. It can be easily fit into any types and sizes of home kitchens.

The cute machine comes with a nice portable suitcase, Slayer Suit, which means you can take your best pal with you wherever you go. Users can also work with Santoker’s Master System though it may be a simplified version. With the help of a mobile application, Q5 allows users to run automatic roasting based on a selected profile and complete the process until the beans are fully cooled down. In order to help new users, the company has offered free roasting profiles on the APP.

As it is powered and heated by electricity, Q5 can provide a stable heat source with really low smoke emission during the process. Plus, it also features an individual chamber to ‘catch’ silver skin.

Up to 50 grams of green beans per roasting session, Q5 is priced at 7,980 yuan, or around US$1,135.
