The live two-day summit will offer invaluable insights into the world of coffee production, trade, and value discovery.
Topics to expect this year:
🌱 Live content providing reliable, actionable knowledge about the specialty coffee markets.
🌱 Invaluable insights into coffee production, trade, and value discovery.
🌱 Expert discussions on production forecasts, market trends, and evolving industry legislation.
🌱 Answers to crucial questions like emerging consumer preferences and dominant flavor profiles in key producing regions.
With its mission to create a space for producers, traders, and green coffee buyers to access reliable, actionable knowledge about specialty coffee markets, the Green Coffee Summit has been a beacon of information since its program and resource library launch in August 2021. All content from the December live event will be recorded and added to the Green Coffee Summit library alongside past sessions.
SCA Sustainability Director and content lead on this year’s event, Andrés Montenegro, says: “In recent years, our perception of green coffee’s value has shifted significantly, with a growing emphasis on extrinsic qualities. The research on understanding flavor attributes in coffee is evolving rapidly due to market changes, scientific progress, and shifting consumer preferences in the specialty coffee sector. Green Coffee Summit 2023 is a unique chance to get the pulse on these innovations and learn from the leading experts and coffee professionals that are shaping the strategies to advance the specialty coffee sector to make coffee better, for all.”
