“WE PRINT GOOD STUFF ABOUT COFFEE.”
                                           FROM THE EDITORS

Coffee, what can be better? We think you agree with us that nothing
can replace the magic of the morning brew. Over the year we all became
used to the idea that coffee is available anywhere, anytime. The new reality
shows us that it might not be the case anymore and we should think outside
of the box to get our caffeine fix. It is not exactly outside of the box, rather

outside of the familiar walls of coffee shops: we take our coffee outdoors.
In this issue we discovered all the ways we can enjoy your favorite drink
and spend time outside, especially since the weather allows. Hiking, camping,

picnicking or simply going for an open-air festival - coffee is always a good
idea. When thinking of getting the beans, think no further because they are
available online just one click away, not only for brewers but also for roasters.
We talked with Lewis Harding from Coffee Exchange to discover how coffee
chain can be shorten and made more fair to all the participants by digitaliz-

ing the business. Speaking of the fare game, we also calculated how much
does it really cost to make a cup of coffee (spoiler: not as little as you think).
