‘Pastry’
An extra income for your café
In pursue of his pastry dream, Piriyarush Jirasinkitti
(Tid), the owner of Amatissimo Caffé set off to Australia to
enroll in a pastry course before returned home with full confi-
dence in his skill. With a knack for perfection, his would only
use quality ingredients for his pastry because it gives the best
result and easier to develop a recipe. This extended to his love
for coffee as he had to learn how to roast coffee and develop
his own profile because he couldn’t find the perfect profile.
With the coffee industry not yet in full boom 4 years ago, Tid
jumped into the industry and opened Amatissimo Caffé which
combined his passion in coffee and pastry under the “Simple &
Classic” concept.

fired up. This ‘land of coffee’ introduced him to his favourite
medium roast coffee and a different way to do iced coffee. Un-

roast coffee, iced coffee in Australia uses ice-cream to sweet-
ened medium roast coffee.
