                                                 C          offee in daily conversation is often named for how it’s
                                                            brewed and served, such as cappuccino or pour over.
                                                            However, there’s another way to classify coffee, which
                                                            is by country. To name a few, we have Italy, Turkey,
                                                 Japan, and Vietnam. Most people will have a clear image of what the
                                                 coffee is like once the name of the country is mentioned.
                                                     Theoretically speaking, none of the above-mentioned countries
                                                 is the birthplace of coffee growing and consuming, and some of them
                                                 even have a longer and stronger tradition of tea drinking. Still, coffee
                                                 has successfully blended into the local lifestyle; on top of which, it
                                                 has become a symbol of the local culture.
                                                     While China is one of the fastest growing coffee markets, it is
                                                 still a small market by world standards or it is not yet a major global
                                                 coffee market. However, coffee people in China have never stopped
                                                 trying. Every effort made helps Chinese coffee take a step forward,
                                                 and the recent trend of Chinese fad in coffee is definitely a big step.
